Windows Phone 8.1 - Show notifications in the action center when the phone is locked

You can configure Windows Phone 8.1 to display notifications via the action center when your phone is locked. 
To enable this feature:

• Go to Settings > Notifications + actions.
• Check Show notifications in action centre when my phone is locked
