Facebook Confirmation Code not received

A Facebook confirmation code is essential to login to an account once subscribed. Sometimes network and frequency errors in the internet cause a delay in delivering the code to the recipient. Nevertheless, there is a solution. Common internet errors like the use of "www" in an email address or an incorrect email address may cause a delay in receiving your Facebook code. Subscribers don't need to worry though; simply fill in the Facebook confirmation form for not receiving the code on the internet. Checking all spam and drafts folders of your email account is also advised. Internet service providers block some emails for security reasons.Facebook will resend the confirmation code when a subscriber submits the form.

You have subscribed to Facebook but you have not received your confirmation code ?

Follow the steps below to resolve this issue:
  • Check your email application's spam or junk folder or filter. Be aware that some emails may be blocked by your ISP (Internet Service Provider).
  • Check that you're trying to log in from the exact email address you registered with. A common error is registering with an incorrect email domain (e.g. @comcast.com is not the same as @comcast.net). Keep in mind that email addresses never begin with a "www" prefix.

If you definitely have not received your confirmation, fill in the form below:
http://www.facebook.com/help/contact.php?show_form=email_confirmation

Facebook should then resend your confirmation code.

Sign in to Yahoo services with your Facebook or Google ID

Since last October, Yahoo offers the ability to authenticate to Flickr using an identifier of Google . It seems that this strategy works well. Yahoo extends this experience to many of its services.

You no longer need to open a Yahoo account to use Flickr, post a comment on Yahoo News and play on Yahoo Games. You can just use your Google ID to authenticate or Facebook.

Like Facebook and Google are already major suppliers of OpenID with hundreds of millions of active members. In my opinion this operation can only be good for Yahoo. This decision could probably help services like Flickr may have filled up with users of Yahoo.

Can't load the Facebook login page

The most popular social networking site across the world, Facebook, has redefined communication over the internet in a whole new way. Sometimes the user may face problems when trying to access Facebook. While logging from the desktop the user may get a message like 'Internet Explorer cannot display the page'. This error can happen if the webpage is stored in the system files of Windows. In that case, Facebook.com needs to be deleted. After that, the reload of the login page in Facebook will happen seamlessly without any display of error.

I don't know the confirmation code for Facebook

The internet opens up the world to social networking websites like Facebook. These websites, and Facebook in particular will ask for a confirmation code when someone is trying to reset their Facebookaccount. This internet confirmation generally comes in the form of an e-mail delivered to the user's email address. There is a chance that the email hasn't made its way to the user's inbox and was redirected to thespam box or junk mail box instead. If the confirmation code email still can't be located, then the user should contact Facebook through the 'contact us' page.

Facebook home page won't load

Due to configuration issues in the system, the Facebook homepage may fail to load but internet surfing may not be affected for other websites. Emptying the cookies, cache and temporary folder may not help to solve the issue. Disabling the firewall would leave the system vulnerable to attack from external sources. Accessing Facebook as a secured site is one solution to the problem. Alternatively, the internet browser can be reinstalled. If the Facebook homepage fails to load, it could be due to a corrupted web browser. Reinstalling the browser will solve the issue as it will remove the corrupted files.

Facebook home page won't load

Issue

Facebook has stopped working for no apparent reason. Yesterday, while using Facebook, everything was working normally. However, without warning, it started behaving oddly. Pages do not load properly. Parts of the pages are visible as normal, but others do not display and most of the links on the page don't work.

I have tried logging into other accounts and they all suffer from the same problem. However, they all work fine on other machines. The internet is fine and it is only Facebook that is having problems.

I have tried all the usual fixes to no avail. I have emptied my cookies, cache and temporary folders. I have restarted the computer. I have allowed add-ons and pop-ups. I have made sure Facebook is a "Trusted Site." I have run Avast virus scan and Malwarebytes' Anti Malware scan. They detected no problems.

Solution

The most basic solution is to replace the http:// at the start of the URL with https:// however this is time-consuming and can become irritating as you will have to do it for every page. Instead you will need to download the latest version of your browser as it is likely it has become corrupt. Below are links to do this for some of the major browsers:

It is recommended that you close all open programs before doing this.
