[Android OS] Disable update notifications for installed apps



To disable update notifications for installed apps:
  • From the Homescreen go to Applications > Market > Downloafs
  • Press the menu button and you shall get a small menu (Notifications)
  • Select "Do not notify me" and tap on OK
