Google Maps for Android - How to clear the maps history

This tutorial will show you how to clear the maps history of the Google Maps app. 

Method 1 : via the Google Maps app

• Open the Google Maps app.
• Tap on the menu key (3 horizontal bars) > Settings.
• Tap on "Maps history"
• Tap on the X button to delete an entry.

Method 2: via web browser

• Sign in to your Google Account.
• Go to https://history.google.com/history/
• Select the Maps section.
• Select and remove the items of your choice:
