Google Maps for Android - Download and use maps in offline mode

Google Maps for Android can be also used in Offline mode. You can download your maps on your smartphone for a future use.
To download a map:
- Open Google Maps and select the area of your choice.
- Press the Menu button > My Places.

- Scroll to the "Offline maps section" and tap on "Save map to use offline".
- Make the necessary adjustments (pan, zoom...)

- Tap on Save.
To access your offline maps
To view, update or delete offline maps:- Press the Menu button > My Places.
- Scroll to the "Offline maps section" and tap on "View all and manage"
