Method 1: Turn off auto update for all apps

• Open the Google Play app.
• Press the Menu key.
• Select Settings > Auto-update apps.

• Select "Do not auto-update apps".

Method 2: Turn off auto update for a specific app

You can turn off auto update for a specific app. The procedure is as follows:

• Open the Google Play app.
• Press the Menukey > My apps

• The list of installed apps will be displayed.

• Tap on the app of your choice to view its presentation page on Google Play.
• Tap on the Menu key and uncheck "Auto-update".
