Android - How to configure the auto update settings

System updates, UI and Software suites
You can configure your Android smartphones to automatically download system updates and UI updates (HTC Sense, Samsung Touchwiz, Huawei Emotion UI) over Wi-Fi. To enable this option:- Go to Settings > About Phone > System Update.
- Tap on the Menu key > Settings.
- Select "Auto-download over Wi-Fi".

Auto update Android apps
To configure the auto-update settings of the apps installed on your Android smartphone or tablet, follow the below procedure:- Open the Google Play app.
- Press the Menu button of your phone and go to Settings.

- In the "General" section, tap on "Auto-update apps".

- 3 options are available:
- Do not auto-update apps.
- Auto-update apps at any time (Data charges may apply).
- Auto-update apps over Wi-Fi only.
